1. Estimates & Professional Scope

Express Trenchless provides Free Estimates and Consultations.

• Preliminary Nature: Estimates provided via phone, email, or https://et-plumbing.com/ are non-binding.
• On-Site Verification: Due to the specialized nature of trenchless technology, final pricing is subject to a mandatory Sewer Video Inspection to confirm the pipe’s structural integrity and suitability for lining.

2. SMS & Mobile Messaging (Consent & Emergency Updates)

• 24/7 Emergency Dispatch: Real-time updates for urgent leaks or backups.
• Technician ETAs: Arrival notifications for scheduled repairs or repiping.

3. Workmanship & Technology Guarantees

We utilize top-of-the-line equipment from HammerHead Trenchless and Perma-Liner.

• Standard Repairs: Covered by a 1-Year Workmanship Guarantee.
• Trenchless Pipe Lining: Covered by a 25-Year Guarantee, provided the customer adheres to post-lining care instructions.
• Limitations: Guarantees do not cover damage caused by external forces (e.g., subsequent construction, seismic activity) or the flushing of prohibited materials.

4. Punctuality & Emergency Service

We are available 24/7. However, Express Trenchless is not liable for delays caused by:

• Heavy South Florida traffic or inclement weather (hurricanes/tropical storms).
• Delays in municipal permitting for whole-home repiping projects.
• Mechanical failure of specialized lining equipment beyond our control.
